HideMyAss is one of the biggest names in the VPN industry with a large number of VPN servers all over the world and more than 120,000 IP addresses available at any given moment. It features an excellent Android app, very fast servers, solid encryption, protection against IP leaks, and even allows its users to connect to the US version of Netflix. It is, however, based in the UK, even though it is currently owned by Avast Software, which is a Czech company.
Kodi is the most popular streaming platform at the moment, but it does have certain security flaws. This is why it is best complemented with a reliable VPN service that can eliminate various security threats and unlock geo-restricted add-ons.

We explored a number of options, including the Kodi add-on dedicated to VPN management, but we had no success. HideMyAss is a good VPN in spite of its flaws, so we will definitely keep an eye on any future developments and update you if anything changes.
